Tameo - SLK 010 McLaren M28C - G.P. Monaco 1979 - White Metal Kit - Scale 1:43 - Made in Italy

This white metal kit is a replica of a Formula 1 McLaren M28C race car driven by John Watson in the Monaco G.P. of 1979. Kit includes photo etched parts, decals and instructions.  Photos of the actual car are shown .  Must be completely assembled.  Kit weighs approximately 5 oz.  

The SLK "Silverline Series" kits are produced using non-opening components. This makes the model easier to assembe and therefore easier for the non-experienced modelling enthusiast. The kit usually consists of about 100 components. The body, the lower part of the body and the main components are cast in white metal. All  flat components are made of photo-etchings.  The tires  are made of real rubber. The smallest metal parts, for example the rims, the disc brakes and the aerial, are made of aluminium and turned brass. The kits include a full color instruction sheet and one set of transfer decals.
