Since 1976, Model Expo has been a trusted name in the world of model building — especially known for our museum-quality wooden model kits, proudly manufactured right here in the USA. If you’ve ever built a wooden ship kit from Model Shipways, a historic aircraft from Model Airways, a western stagecoach from Model Trailways, or a Civil War artillery piece from Guns of History, you’ve already met us.

Today, all of our wooden kits are proudly manufactured in our Miami, Florida factory — where you’ll find lasers cutting hardwood, molten metal being poured, and kits being hand-assembled by real humans.
