Mantua's range of period weapon kits all feature quality hardwood, complete with brass, metal and wood fittings. The wood is all laser cut for accurate assembly and the manual is clear and detailed with comprehensive illustrations. The kits are supplied with a wooden display base complete with a brass engraved nameplate. These static models make excellent display pieces.
This Piedmontese powder can be considered the forerunner of the mountain artillery. The thin barrel & the light gun-carriage could be disassembled quickly & carried to the highest mountains.
